(Konflik) Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

Perlu diketahui bahwa batasan pengertian Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah tangga (PKDRT) yang terdapat di dalam undang-undang No. 23 tahun 2004, adalah ; “setiap perbuatan terhadap seseorang terutama perempuan, yang berakibat timbulnya kesengsaraan, atau penderitaan secara fisik, seksual psikologis, dan/atau penelantaran rumah tangga, termasuk ancaman untuk melakukan perbuatan, pemaksaan, atau perampasan kemerdekaan secara melawan hukum dalam lingkup rumah tangga” (vide, pasal 1 ayat 1 ).

Mengingat UU tentang KDRT merupakan hukum publik yang didalamnya ada ancaman pidana penjara atau denda bagi yang melanggarnya, maka masyarakat luas khususnya kaum lelaki, dalam kedudukan sebagai kepala keluarga sebaiknya mengetahui apa itu kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Adapun tentang siapa saja yang termasuk dalam lingkup rumah tangga, adalah : a). Suami, isteri, dan anak, termasuk anak angkat dan anak tiri ; b). Orang-orang yang mempunyai hubungan keluarga dengan suami, isteri yang tinggal menetap dalam rumah tangga, seperti : mertua, menantu, ipar, dan besan ; dan c). Orang yang bekerja membantu di rumah tangga dan menetap tinggal dalam rumah tangga tersebut, seperti PRT.



Domestic violence can be triggered by many factors. Among them there are economic factors, low education, jealous and could also be caused by one of the parents of both parties, who took part in a household. Domestic violence caused by economic factors, could be described as the lack of husband's income in the household make ends meet.

Sometimes there is a wife who is too demanding in terms to meet the household needs, from both food and clothing needs and educational needs. From there arose a quarrel between husband and wife which ultimately lead to domestic violence. Both sides are no longer able to control their emotions. Should a wife should be able to understand the family finances. Rise and fall of the husband's income greatly affects the size of the expenditure incurred for the family. Besides a small income while spending a great a wife should be able to coordinate whatever is in the family finances, so that a wife can be overcome if there were minimal income. The way it can avoid a fight and the incidence of domestic violence within a family.

From the education factor, can be caused by the absence of knowledge of both parties how to compensate and overcome the properties that do not fit between them. Maybe in a household there are husbands who have properties tend to be arrogant and selfish, in the absence of knowledge. So she does not know how to cope with an arrogant husband nature itself. Thus, it is difficult to unify different things. Finally certainly domestic violence. If in the household domestic violence occurs, then the woman will become the main victims. Should a husband and wife have a lot to ask and learn, like reading a book that is the contents of his book tells about how to implement a family that sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah.
